These Payment Terms apply to all payments on tenirox.com. All practices comply with Google Merchant Center (GMC) requirements. By paying, you accept these terms and our related Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Terms, and Warranty Terms.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We only accept payment methods supported by PayPal and Lianlian Pay (all transactions are SSL-encrypted and GMC-compliant):
  • PayPal: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal balance, and bank transfers (processed via PayPal’s gateway).
  • Lianlian Pay: International credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Discover) and T/T bank transfers (for bulk orders ≥100 units; contact sales@tenirox.com for details).
Unsupported methods: Cash, checks, money orders, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Afterpay, and any other methods not supported by PayPal or Lianlian Pay.

2. Payment Security

Your payment info is protected by SSL 256-bit encryption via PayPal and Lianlian Pay (both PCI DSS-certified). Tenirox never stores your sensitive payment details, ensuring GMC security compliance.

3. Payment Timing & Order Confirmation

  • Full payment is required at checkout; orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. We notify you within 24 hours (GMT+8) for pending/declined payments.
  • For payment declines, verify your info or contact your bank/card issuer.

4. Currency & Exchange Rates

Prices are quoted in USD/EUR/AUD/NZD (per your destination), with payment processed in the selected currency.
Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are charged by your bank/payment provider; Tenirox is not responsible for these or exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Payments & Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns (as outlined in our Return and Refund Terms) will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note the following:
  • Refunds (per our Return and Refund Terms) go to the original payment method, after return verification.
  • Refund processing: 1-2 business days after approval; 3-7 days (Lianlian Pay) or 1-3 days (PayPal) to reflect in your account.
  • Only product amounts are refunded (shipping, duties, taxes, conversion fees are non-refundable).

6. Fraudulent Payments & Order Cancellation

To comply with GMC requirements and prevent fraudulent activities, we reserve the right to verify all payments and order information. We may cancel orders and refund payments if:
  • Payment is suspected of fraud (e.g., stolen cards, unauthorized transactions).
  • Order and payment information do not match.
  • Payment is unconfirmed within 72 hours of order placement.
Fraud-related canceled orders will be refunded (if paid), and we may report fraudulent activity to authorities and payment providers.

7. General Payment Terms

  • We may update these terms; the latest version applies to all payments.
  • You are responsible for accurate payment info; we are not liable for delays/declines from incorrect details.
  • Governing law: Shenzhen, China; invalid provisions do not affect others.
