This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on tenirox.com for deliveries to Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice; the latest version will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. All shipping practices align with Google Merchant Center (GMC) requirements, and we commit to transparent, customer-friendly delivery for our AI-powered electronic products.
By placing an order on tenirox.com, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in this policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the following regions (remote areas, PO boxes, and military addresses are excluded unless confirmed by our customer service in advance):
- Europe: All EU member states, United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
- North America: United States (contiguous 48 states), Canada
- Australia & New Zealand: Australia (all states/territories, excluding external territories); New Zealand (all regions)
For remote area delivery inquiries, contact our support team before placing an order to confirm eligibility and surcharges.
Order Processing Time
All in-stock products (e.g., card-shaped voice recorders) are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays and local holidays of the destination region).
- Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (GMT+8) – orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- We will send an email notification within 24 hours if your order is delayed due to inventory shortages or order verification.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with leading international carriers to ensure reliable delivery for our lightweight electronics. All delivery times are estimates only and do not include customs clearance time at the destination. Tracking is available for all shipping methods.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. No handling or packaging fees are charged for any order.
- Free Standard Shipping Offer (no minimum weight for our card-shaped voice recorders)
- Free shipping does not apply to express delivery, remote area surcharges, or return shipments.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms 2020. The buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST and other local fees imposed by the destination country/region’s customs authority.
- We declare the actual product value and accurate product description on all customs documents (no under-declaration or misdeclaration).
- Customs clearance times vary by region and are beyond our control; delays due to customs inspection will not be deemed a shipping delay by Tenirox.
- For tax/duty inquiries, check the official website of your local customs authority before ordering.
Shipping Notifications & Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, containing a unique tracking number and a direct carrier tracking link.
- You can also check your order and shipping status by logging into your Tenirox Account on tenirox.com.
- Tracking information is updated by the shipping carrier; minor delays in tracking updates are normal for international shipments.
Delivery Exceptions
Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address
We are not liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the buyer.
- Before dispatch: Modify your address for free by contacting customer service; we will confirm the update via email.
- After dispatch: Address changes are subject to carrier approval and additional carrier fees; contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Failed Delivery (No One to Receive)
Carriers attempt delivery 2-3 times for express shipments. Unclaimed packages will be held at the local carrier warehouse or returned to our Shenzhen warehouse.
- Buyers are responsible for all re-delivery or return shipping fees from unclaimed packages.
- We will notify you via email upon receiving the returned package; you may choose to re-dispatch the order (at your cost) or request a refund (minus the original shipping fee).
Remote Area Surcharges
If your address is classified as a remote area by the carrier, a surcharge will be added at checkout or notified via email before dispatch. Your order will not be processed until the surcharge is paid.
Lost, Damaged & Missing Shipments
Damaged Shipments
- If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse the shipment and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged packaging.
- If hidden damage is found inside the package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging; we will assist with a carrier damage claim.
Lost/Missing Shipments
A shipment is deemed lost only when the carrier confirms the loss (no tracking updates for: 7 business days for express shipping; 15 business days for standard shipping).
- Contact us with your order number and tracking number to initiate a claim; we will resend the product or issue a full refund (including shipping fees) upon carrier confirmation of loss.
Exclusions
We are not liable for product damage/loss caused by improper use, carrier mishandling after successful delivery, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Returns & Exchanges Shipping Rules
All return/exchange requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. For shipping-related return terms:
- The official return shipping address is our warehouse in Shenzhen, China; the full address will be provided in your return approval email.
- Buyers are responsible for all international return shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance for returned packages.
- Returned packages must include a valid tracking number; we will not process returns for untracked shipments.
- We inspect returned products within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you of the refund/exchange result via email.
General Shipping Notes
- All Tenirox electronic products (e.g., card-shaped voice recorders) are packaged with anti-static and shockproof materials to ensure safe international shipping.
- We are not liable for minor delivery delays caused by carrier schedule changes, customs clearance, or local holidays in the destination region.
- Tenirox reserves the right to change shipping carriers or adjust delivery timeframes without prior notice, provided the overall delivery service is not compromised.
- This shipping policy is an integral part of the Tenirox Terms of Service.
Product-Specific Shipping Details (Card-shaped Voice Recorder)
This section applies to our flagship in-stock product – the Tenirox AI-powered card-shaped voice recorder – with tailored international shipping details:
- Shipping Specs: Unit weight ≤50g; packaged size ≤10cm×8cm×2cm; single package gross weight ≤100g (no oversized/overweight surcharges).
- Shipping Compatibility: Eligible for express/standard shipping to all covered regions; the product is not a dangerous good and complies with all international shipping regulations.
- Bulk Order Shipping: For bulk orders (≥100 units), we offer discounted shipping rates and dedicated logistics support. Contact sales@tenirox.com for a custom shipping quote.
- Free Basic Insurance: All card-shaped voice recorder orders include free basic shipping insurance (covering loss or total damage during transit).
